Delaware Theatre Company's 20th Annual Barefoot Ball: Never Tacky. But this year, kind of Tiki.

On Friday, September 30th,2005, Kahunaville on the Wilmington Riverfront will hostDelaware Theatre Company's 20th Annual BarefootBall from 6 to 9:30 PM.

Kickoff your shoes and join us for the 20th Annual Barefoot Ball insupport of Delaware Theatre Company. We'll have live music byChorduroy, dancing and some of the ?nest microbrews, spirits,and food this side of Tahiti. Tickets to Delaware TheatreCompany's 20th Annual Barefoot Ball are $40 inadvance, and $50 on the day of the event. Guests must be 21 years ofage or older. Tickets are available through the DTC Box Office at(302) 594-1100 or online at www.delawaretheatre.org (Internet sales will not be accessible theday of the event.)

Overthe last 19 years the Barefoot Ball has become the place whereWilmington's young movers and shakers meet to do their best movingand shaking. Start with microbrews, spirits, and superior food fromthe area's finest brewpubs, restaurants, and distributors,throw in great live music, and you've got a 20thAnniversary party to trump all others.

LastApril, the 19th annual Barefoot Ball hosted over1,300 partygoers and raised over $52,000 to benefit DTC's mainstage productions and education programs. Lisa Mercurio Boyer,Producing Associate for DTC and Producer of the 20thAnnual Barefoot Ball, says, "This year we hope tosee even more folks coming out to Kahunaville. You're not going towant to miss it."
